Island Concrete Company Limited (“ICCL”) was founded by late Director, Mark Chin and business partner Geroge Hugh. ICCL is a premier provider of ready-mixed concrete solutions in Jamaica for over 25 years. The company operates and manufactures concrete at Lot 1, Caymanas Estate. ICCL owns a fleet of concrete mixer trucks, pump trucks and other heavy equipment. ICCL is able to supply concrete to Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Thomas, St. Catherine, Clarendon and Mandeville.
